Assistant Project Manager- WWTP

Mid-sized GC is hiring an Assistant Project Manager with Wastewater experience!

The Assistant Project Manager’s responsibilities include:
  • Project planning, scheduling and coordination
  • Safety and quality control management
  • Accurate forecasting and management of budgets
  • Change order management
  • Managing critical subcontractors
  • Manage Project Engineers
  • Resolution of problems involving labor disputes, material delivery and contract administration
  • Maintain vehicle, equipment, and tools management
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent
  • 3 - 6 years of experience (dirt and underground pipe experience a plus!)
  • Experience with water/wastewater treatment (W/WWT) projects preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize, develop, maintain project schedules, and strong follow up
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Ability to establish relationships and lead people
